NIFTEM-T Placements

According to the NIRF 2024 for NIFTEM-T placements, for a 4-year B.Tech programme, 61 students have been placed with a median salary of Rs 4 lakhs while for a 2-year M.Tech programme, 28 students have been placed with a median salary of Rs 4.50 lakhs.

NIFTEM Thanjavur Placement Process 2024

The following is the basic procedure for recruitment at the National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management, Thanjavur:

  • National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management Thanjavur placement cell sends out invitations to different companies and organisations to seek their confirmation for participating in the annual placement drive.

  • After the institute receives the confirmation of participation from the interested firms, the dates for conducting interview rounds are decided by the institute and the organisation mutually.

  • After the dates are scheduled, the students are notified about the timetable of the placement drive by the training and placement cell’s circular.

  • The students then have to register themselves to participate in the placement drive by fulfilling the required eligibility criteria.

  • After the student applications are received, the companies will visit the National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management, Thanjavur campus and conduct various interview rounds like a personal interview, group discussion, written test, aptitude test, etc.

  • After the candidate has cleared all these rounds successfully, he/she is finally selected and offered the job with a decent salary package.

Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering is a private college founded in 1997 located in Mysore. It is NAAC A recognized.

Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology is a private institution as well established in 1986 and has NAAC B++ accreditation. It is located in Bangalore.

Vidyavardhaka has better faculty and infrastructure and can promise you a good campus life.

M.Visvesvaraya has maintained a record of decent placements over the years and has fewer fees.
