    A very good learning experience

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

This institute has 6 departments involving 2 centres of excellence. The college is a collaboration of academics with classrooms equipped with smart boards and recreational activities like sports. The laboratory facilities are good. The hostels are maintained well and equipped with WiFi 24/7.

    Academics

This institute has a NABL accredited lab which serves as a referral as well as reference laboratory. I chose food safety and quality assurance for the same reason to understand how it all works. The curriculum allows us to have an overall understanding on certification, analytical techniques, adulteration and auditing.

    Placements

This institute has a placement cell/ industry academia cell through which students are placed at various industries like ITC, Big Basket, Nestle etc. The process is all kept flexible according to the companies feasibility.

    Hello Aspirant,

We can not distinguish between two colleges as it will involve several factors.

I will try to compare the above two colleges based on factors like NAAC grade, faculty, infrastructure, placements.

Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering is a private college founded in 1997 located in Mysore. It is NAAC A recognized.

Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology is a private institution as well established in 1986 and has NAAC B++ accreditation. It is located in Bangalore.

Vidyavardhaka has better faculty and infrastructure and can promise you a good campus life.

M.Visvesvaraya has maintained a record of decent placements over the years and has fewer fees.

    I hope it helps.

    Thank you.
