At this rank you would hardly get Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering branch as the cutoff closes under AIR 50,000 only.. You can go for state level or private colleges.

You may get admission in state level colleges in good branch or you can opt for these branches if you want a good college:-

• Metallurgical and Materials Engineering
• Food Processing Engineering
• Biomedical Engineering
• Biotechnology Engineering
• Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering

Hello, if you are interested in computer science engineering then you can go for NIT Patna otherwise NIT Jamshedpur or BIT Mesra are very good choices but in my opinion BIT Mesra is the best among the three. It's Nirf ranking is very good, placement are good. And EC is a also a good branch if you are very good in coding then you can take placement in Cs company also. All the best.

As your rank in JEE Mains in the common rank list is more than 200000 you won't be able to get seat in any government engineering colleges like NITs IIITs and GFTIs. Even your OBC category rank won't be of any help here. Your ranks are too high.
You can go for some top private engineering colleges in Bihar which conduct their own entrance exams which are very easy as compared to JEE Mains. Some of them are

As per your question honestly you will not be able to grab your seats in NIT patna. As your percentile is around 80 % which means your rank would be around 1.5 lakh to 2 lakh. So this would not be enough for you to take admission in NIT patna.

As you belong to OBC Male these are the cut off ranks in the year 2019. Their will be slight difference in cut off in 2020.
