The fees for the B.Tech program in NIT Srinagar for SC/ST/PwD students is Rs.31,000. The hostel fees is around Rs.7,000 including:-

Mess & Hostel Establishment charge: Rs 1500/-

Hostel Rent: Rs 4000/-

Electricity & Water Charges: Rs 1500/-

According to your question and taking into consideration that your admission process is not between 16-21 November.l in nit srinagar.

I would to tell you that every nit has their own admission formalities and as due to covid-19 pandemic this year admission formalities are online, such delay in admission is possible. Many nits are doing so.

The Infrastructure of VRS Engineering College and NIT Srinagar is more or less the same. It has huge libraries, laboratories, cafeteria, Wi-Fi enabled campus, gym, hostel, etc,.

Both Colleges accept JEE Main and VRS accepts AP EAMCET too. 75% in 12th Board Exam is required by both the Colleges.

The total course fee in NIT Srinagar is Rs. 5.30 lakhs and in VRS is Rs. 4.08 lakhs. Both faculty are well educated and experienced.

When it come to placement, VRS has been given 4.4 and NIT for 3.9 out of 5 by the on-studying students of those Colleges. The median salary in the former is Rs. 3.65 lakhs/year and in the latter is Rs. 5.84 lakhs/year. Also they have good IT Companies as recruiters. IT and CSC Departments have good scope for jobs here!

To get admission in NIT srinagar-

After completing your admission formalities at JOSAA portal you are supposed to confirm your seat in NIT Srinagar through online mode.

You have to fill out a google form.

After filling the form you will get the login details in your mail. You need to open the link and submit your requisite details. Please record your enrollment number/ Registration number for future reference

According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to join nit srinagar and want to know the date of online admission process.

First of all you have fill a Google form which already provided in the website in which you are asked to give jee mains application number,your email id, your phone number. The online admission notice came on 17th November and it has started from today.
