IIT Jammu is well furnished and well maintained and has a beautiful temple like infrastructure. They provide you with hygienic canteen food and water in the campus and hostel facility is also provided for both the boys and girls. The environment is very peaceful.

Faculty is amazing, they are supportive and help you with every thing. You will have fun while learning here you will get different kinds of project and you will be paid for that. You will learn new things in the peaceful environment.

Placement are superb. You have to actively participate in activities and different projects to get a good placement. 80 percent of students are placed. Companies from Japan and other counties hire students from IIT Jammu. Highest package was 53LPA and average package was 18LPA offered to students.

Total fee charged for four year B.tech course is 8,00,000 and total fee for hostel (for 4 years) is 1 lakh 80 thousand, according to me they provide you with the best opportunity, you can explore yourself and can live in a eco friendly environment and after the course you will get placed with a good package.

Campus life is quite peaceful. You will found the campus beautiful and you will enjoy with your friends. People here came from different states and different backgrounds, you will learn a lot from them about their respective state and their culture and also many things.

This college is amazing but you have to crack JEE mains and advance for getting admission in the college, so all the best

Our college has very good infrastructure especially for girls . The campus has guards and security due to which girls can roam easily in the night . As per the classrooms and labs , everthing is top notch and up to date . As it is a new IIT a lot of things like swimming pool etc are missing but still it is a nice college .

I am studing Bachelor of Technology in Mathematics and Computing . The quality of teaching is very good as we have very experienced faculty for my branch and the curriculum is also very interesting as well as up to date .

The placements for my branch is good as most of the girls get placed in core companies . A lot of MNC's also visit the campus . The average salary offered for computer related branches is around 22 lakhs per annum in our college. As the demand of female staff is more in tech companies the placement of girls is very good .

IIT Jammu is one of the best colleges of india . Equiped with AC classrooms and single occupancy hostels from 3rd year . The college also has a very good teaching staff . Moreover the food of mess also tastes good .

Currently i am pursuing Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering . The professors are well educated and nice speaking . The curriculum is also well updated and keeps changing according to the necessities of the practical and field requirements .

As IIT Jammu is a new IIT the placements are good but a person has to work extra so that they are being placed in a nice company . As for my branch , Civil Engineering a lot of companies come for placement and the average salary given is 12 lakhs which will obviosly increase as the college becomes old and has more alumini network . But still a lot of hardwork has to be put in .

You will see one of the most breathtaking views in and outside the college due to it's location in mountains .

My experience at IIT Jammu has been wonderful . With one of the best views and nice friends the journey has been good so far .

Campus in new and under construction but placed on beautiful landscape .Separate court for every sport is available. Spacious college. The facilities are excellent Wi-Fi ,Labs, Classrooms, Libraries are available.

Course Curriculum is relevant and it makes the student industry ready also. Faculty members are helpful, almost all faculty they have done their PhDs from IITs. Course curriculum is relevant and it makes the students industry ready also.

The college also conducts fests, events and all cultural activities from time to time for the students. It also conducts internship and seminars for getting latest trends. Many students from CSE got internship in companies like Samsung, amazon etc.

Our campus is at such a place named as heaven also. Jammu is such a beautiful place and so is our campus. We have got best hostel facilities here. Laboratories are excellent here and Central library is also available here for us. Our college provides almost everything that any student will ever need. Classrooms are excellent and living spaces are very clean.

The way our teachers teaches us that we gets almost everything very easily and if we don.t get anything then we can ask our teachers anytime regarding our doubts. Special doubt classes are also kept here for students . And many guest lectures and workshops are also organized here for industrial growth of all students.. The quality of teaching is excellent here.

The number of students got placement from our college is more then average. Approximately 90% of students gets placed from here in many big reputed companies. Maximum package offered was around 65LPA. Many International industries are also interested in placement drives from our college and many students are highly satisfied at the place where they are today because of this institution.

Excellent infrastructure is available at IIT JAMMU. We have constant Wi-Fi access, and there is also a library. The in the mess and canteen is of good quality. Medical facilities are also available. There are places to play football, tennis, badminton, volleyball, and other sports. There well equipped Gym.

The Academic office facilities 4-year B.Tech, 2-year M.Tech courses in various engineering disciplines, and Ph.D. in all departments. Some functions of the academic office include the following: Receive, process and maintain all records relating to the Undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. programs, including curricula, courses offered, Academic Calendar, unfair means, etc. and attend to the academic problems of the students.

IIT JAMMU placements 2022 concluded with an overall 83% placement rate. The Majority of the students have jobs now, and IIT JAMMU has good placements despite being a new IIT. Or I could say that it is the best of new IITs.

The student life at IIT JAMMU, whether it is a hostel life or life at the playground, or life in classes. In general, it works toward the welfare and well-being of the student on campus. So that a healthy environment is created for all round personality growth of the students.
