The eligibility criteria for appearing in JEE mains is that a candidate should have passed class 12 or qualifying the exam in 2019 or 2020 with PCM from a recognized board. So, if you have passed 10+2 then you can surely apply for Jee mains.
Also the 75% eligibility criteria for NITs, IITs have been scrapped.

For NEE-I the eligibility criteria is that the students have to pass 10 or equivalent examination with mathematics and science respectively. And the age limit is that the candidates should not be more than 19years of age.For different categories the age limit varies. It is better to choose Electronic Instrumentation Engineering at NIT Agartala than Electronic Communication Engineering from NERIST. As Electronic Instrumentation Engineering is advanced course in Engineering, and also the college provides good education, placement facilities to the students.

NERIST has announced that NERIST NEE exam has been cancelled for the year 2020 due to the prevailing COVID-19 conditions. NERIST NEE II and III was to be conducted on August 8 while NERIST NEE I was scheduled on August 9. The admissions now will be done on a programme-specific merit based admission criteria specified by the candidates.

The authorities usually release the admit card of NERIST NEE 2020 and notify each candidate on their registered mobile number and email id. But this year, NERIST NEE has been cancelled.
