See as far as I know its a CET code that has been given to the college bvbcet or Bhoomaraddi College of Engineering and Technology lately known as KLE Technological University. To be more precise the main difference between the CET codes are:

CET code- E030: given to that branch of KLE technological University that is  PA(Private Aided College).

CET code- E241: given to that branch of KLE technological University that said to be DU(Deemed University).

These codes have been given by the organizing authority of KCET to all those institutes which comes under KCET for admission of students.

Just go for cse at reva ,as it has good scope towards future .

If you are passionate in electronics and if your hometown is hubli just go for ece.

Because travelling too matters and if you are staying in hostels fees too matter

But altlast i would like to say cse from which ever college has good scope for placements

As per your rank and caste category, you have tough chances to get EEE branch in KLE Technological University . But, you may get Mechanical Engg branch with your gained rank according to last year cut off database.

But , you need to remember that.. every year's cut off depends on some unavoidable factors like seat capacity , no of students appeared etc. that's why this prediction can't be 100% true .

How are you doing in this COVID situation?

The cutoff of ECE department last year was around 15000. So there the probability of you getting seat in BVB ECE department is more. I guess you will get the seat.

It is difficult to predict because cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like number of seats available, difficulty level of the exam, number of students appeared in the exam, Category, etc.

You have not mentioned the Category you belongs to, so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it. Based on previous year's data you have less chances of getting seat B.Tech Computer Science Engineering and B.Tech ISE seat in KLE Technological University, Hubballi.

The cutoff rank for CSE is provided for unaided and it is around 5900 . Difference between KLE Technology University and KLE institute of technolgy is that KLE institute of technology is better as it has more good faculties,placement and more less closing rank than KLE Technology University.Therefore KLE institute of technology is more good due to its placement , faculties ,infrastructure and being more old it has better reputation and well established.

KLE technological University is one of the renowned University. It offers a lot of courses such as BE, MBA, MCA, MTech and Ph.D. The BE course is a duration of 4 years and the course fee is around 60,000  the MBA course is of 2 years of duration and course fee is around 200000. MTech course fee is around 80000, and MCA course fee is around 225000.
