OP Jindal University Raigarh offers admissions at diploma, UG, PG and doctoral levels. OPJU admissions to diploma, BBA, B.Com (Hons), B.Sc (Hons) and M.Sc courses are done based on the merit of qualifying examinations. For OP Jindal University Raigarh B.Tech admissions, JEE Main/CGPET/ OPJET (OP Jindal University entrance test) scores are considered. For OP Jindal University admissions to M.Tech programmes, candidates must have valid scores in GATE/ OPJET. OPJU Raigarh Application Procedure:

Candidates must visit the official website and apply for the desired courses in online or offline mode.
Relevant information should be filled in the application form by the applicant.

Three rounds of counselling will be conducted and after that, if there are any unfilled seats, they will be filled based on rolling counselling (First come first serve basis).

I have done my b.tech in metallurgy and material Eng. I must say this is one of the best colleges for metallurgy, mechanical and electrical as it is a part of the Jspl group. Though other branches are equally good. the curriculum is updated as per industry need and students get great exposer to the industry.

Best part about this course is that the university makes the candidates industry ready, the have flexible curriculum and the equip students for relevant skills. The have well qualified faculty members from premier institutes with global and industrial exposure and their curriculum is industry focused.

College Infrastructure

well, the infra of collage is state of the art with all necessary facilities. the university is fully equipped with wifi with good speed, the labs have good no. of equipment's and are quite modern, the classrooms are staircase type. The hostel is very hygienic and has an indoor sports facility too like a badminton hall, table tennis hall, pool table, carom and study room, etc.

Academics

Placements

well if you consider yourself in the top 70% of your class then you will definitely get a good placement for sure. It has a good industry connection. I got the package of 5.5 LPA which I consider to be OK.

Value-for-money

Looking at the infra of the university fee is kind of OK & if we talk in terms of ROI then it is about 2.5 years if you avail hostel facility.

Campus Life

Well, the college is quite far from the city which is about 25 km but is well connected through the city bus every hour along with college bus. the campus has a good AC cafeteria to chill and resourceful library with PCs. It also has an MP hall where Saturday evening movies are played, An open theater and a good sports facility along with very neet and clean hostels.

Anything Else

I highly recommend this college being alumni of the college. in short, the university supports you in every aspect and if you put your only little effort you will surely get a job in some good MNC.
