Hello Aman,
The normal cutoff of NATA is 70 marks out of 200. If you get ranked between 1-500 you can get into any top NITs like NIT, Trichy or SPA, Delhi. You must score at least 70% in NATA to get into other NITs in India. You have to score between 120 - 150 to get your desired college.
All The Best.

Hello friend, yes EWS category is there in in SPA, Since EWS is a new category and has very less number of seats reserved, it's very difficult to predict this year.
If you are too much anxieted to know whether you will get a seat or not, do the following simple steps:
1.download the last year's spot round seat allotment and check the closing rank for open category for both architecture and planning courses (p.s : B.Plan is far better than B.Arch, if you want to know more check with the faculties about this course, don't discuss with others)
2. Reduce 500–600 ranks from the last year's closing rank (every year the competition increases and the rankings get closer)
3.Check if you have any chances to fit in
All the best.
See can't say much about sc candidates that how much they need but if i compare you from other general candidates then those general candidates need around 230 to 240 marks and with average drawing they make themselves in a position to get a nit. Being sc candidate i think that your marks around 190 including drawing should be enough to get you a nit college.
Hello aspirant. School of planning and architecture is a top institute for planning and architecture courses. It is just like IIT Bombay and Delhi for B.Tech in CSE. You have to be under 400 rank at least to get a seat even with reservation. With this much score I don't think you can get a seat as per trends.
Regards
Cut-off for joining B.Arch in School of Architecture and Planning varies every year. The students applying for B.Arch should appear for the NATA Exam ( National Aptitude Test for Architecture ). The total marks of twelfth will be considered for the cut-off calculation ( not MPC marks ) by converting it to 200 marks, in addition to the 200 marks of NATA.
Out of the 400 marks calculated, the approximate cut off for joining B.Arch in SAP for
OC category : 305-315
BC category : 300-310
BCM category : 290-300
MBC category : Around 280 to 290
SC category : Around 280
ST category : Around 280
Note that these are all approximate cut-offs and are subjected to either slight or heavy variations every year.
Hello,
For B.Arch cut off depends on marks scored in twelfth which get converted into 200 and 200 mrks from nata.
Out of 400 approximate cut off scores are-
OC- 305-315
Sc/ST-280
BC/BCM- around 300
The infrastructure of the college is average. The chairs and tables are very old and some of them are broken. The lighting in the classroom is good. The window air-conditioners are also old they just blow air, as long as someone is near to air-conditioner, they will feel it. Else for the size of the classroom, the air-conditioners are not that powerful. The projector is good. Wi-Fi signals are not strong but it works and many useful sites are blocked. There is always construction going on so it's always dusty and loud. The canteens are average to good and prices are high. There is no international food chain company like Dominos, KFC, etc.
There were many Wi-Fi routers available in our college. Best labs and best smart classrooms are provided. There are three libraries available in our college. Even the best facilities are provided for sports. Occasionally every year, many games are organised for students. Our college is the best.
The facilities and the infrastructure available to us on our campus are amazing, as they provide us with 24*7 Wi-Fi and electricity, and only this means that our entire college is equipped with cameras, therefore making campus life safe for girls and making it a safe place.
