National Institute of Technology, Patna in General categroy last candidate got admisssion on 2092 rank. School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal General category closing rank was 2243.

Kindly check closing rank does not remain same as there are huge number of candidates apeearing and seats are filled accordingly.

National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur OBC-NCL candidate through home quota got admission on 38348 rank and National Institute of Technology, Raipur OBC-NCL category through home quota gave a seat for 13542 rank. So you may get seat only if past year closing rank does not modify. Each year huge candidates give exam and seat position changes.

Congrats you have a score that can get you a seat in reputed college but not in SPA Delhi. For Planning engineering, the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi had closing rank for General category - 1464. You may be able to pursue planning engineering as there is chance for admission in the School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal which had closing rank for General category - 2243. That is only if closing rank remains same each year which does not happen as candidates are in huge number and seats gets filled. For admission into the MBS School of Planning and Architecture, you must have qualified the NATA exam with a good score and you must have completed your 10+2 with atleast 50% aggregate marks and mathematics as a compulsory subject.

 Based on last year studies it is very difficult to get either of the two college at this rank but you should definitely fill all your choices as the spot round is unpredicatable in nits .

You would have definitely  heard about NATA(National aptitude test for architecture). It is to architect what JEE is to engineers. It give access to all the architectural colleges in India.So prepare hard for NATA and with NATA score you can get into top architectural colleges even nits and spa .

For taking admission in spa Delhi you need to secure rank under 400 for barch . And under 800-900 for planning .( Or even better depending upon the candidate for that seat and their preference).

So in 96.4 percentile it will be difficult to get admission into it.

You should look for some other college .

26000 is not a very good rank according to the competition and number of seats.

It is not possible to get admission in spa Delhi within this rank. You need to secure rank under 1200-1500 ( vary accordingly ) to get admission.
