Assuming that he belongs to general category he has decent chances of getting seat in School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi in B.Arch considering the previous year cut off. The cut off rank in 2020 JoSAA round 6 for SPA, Delhi for general category was 230. But cut off rank changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and number of seats available etc.

The placement of the college is not that good and the infrastructure is not that great.Yes the teaching system are from the dehradun University except for the teaching part everything else is not that great in the college.Faculty members and the course curriculum are the only things that add to the name and fame of this college However i would recommend you to not join this college.

see cutoff score fluctuate every year, there is some determining factors which plays a vital role when comes to counselling process like number of applicants for any particular stream, candidates category, exams level of difficulty compare to previous years and so on. however at this score you have very tough chances for nits. based on previous years analysis, you have chances for structural engineering m.tech course in nit srinagar , 2020 sc category structural engineering cutoff at nit srinagar is 246 based on special round of counselling.
