Last year JEE Main cut off rank in SPA, Delhi in B.Arch was General: 31-768, OBC : 191-733, SC: 24-218, ST: 12-65. So, if you are a general category student you need to have more than 320 marks to get a seat in the college. But, keep it in mind that the cut off varies every year as it depends upon various factors link no. of students, paper complexity, highest marks obtained by candidate etc.

B. Arch ( General)

Opening rank: 7

closing rank : 414

B.Arch ( General with disability)

opening rank : 9

closing rank: 14

The rank also depends on the number of applying candidates.

As per the aforementioned rank that is also in OBC NCL category I think you can get get admission in Nits. Obviously the cutoff would vary but I think even if it is in the later rounds you do have a chance . I would like to inform you that SPA vijaywada doesn't allow admissions on the basis of NATA scores. It allows admissions on the basis of your Jee mains paper 2 or jee mains arch exam . Toget a seat in Spa vijaywada , you need to get a rank under 300 as per previous year data.

For applying to the B.Arch program at SPA. You must have to obtained at least 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent examinations. You should have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the main subjects in 10+2 examinations. Students who have qualified 10+3 Diploma course with Mathematics as the main subject are eligible to apply for the B.Arch program. You have obtained at least 50% in a Diploma course.
For admission to SPA Delhi B.Arch, You have to applied for JEE Main examination.
You must have to appeared in JEE Main exams.

Hi . It would have been better if you had stated the rank but I can still give you a general idea about it. If your rank is in top 500 ,then you can easily get an architecture seat in top NITs. like SPA Delhi, NIT Trichy . As far as I know, for general students 250+ marks is the minimum marks required to get into a NIT. And if you are an OBC student then 215+ marks will be enough. So, I doubt you won't get a seat in NITs or SPA.

For unreserved or general category student the minimum percentile to get NIT or same category colleges focus on something around 98 percentile. 98 is the safe score if you want to join a NIT with core branches. Paath remember for getting admission in NIT or IIT you must secure 75% marks in 12th board exam (65% for reserved category candidates).
