UPES B.Tech Admissions 2025
ApplyRanked #42 among Engineering colleges in India by NIRF | Highest CTC 50 LPA , 100% Placements
Hello Aspirant,
VIT has huge amount of students in its college campuses . I would recommend you to join the main campus and not the new ones because these new campuses do not guarantee the placements and being a private college and spending lakhs of rupees and then chances of getting unplaced in this colleges is maximum among the four campuses. So it is better to join main campus.
Hello,
By enrolling in the VIT AP for integrated Mtech programme, you have excellent options. Parents sometimes believe that this programme won't receive any acknowledgment, however this is untrue. The student receives a postgraduate degree right away through the 5-year integrated MTech programme. These students, along with Btech students in their fifth year, have placement opportunities. Additionally, some businesses pay mtech integrated students extra.
The MTech Integrated Program also offers the option of an international transfer programme. Starting in their first year, the VIT AP placement team has already sent students to MNCs in India and overseas for internships.
Thank You
Hello,
Instead of VR Siddhartha, you might choose VIT AP. But keep in mind that students from the campuses in Chennai and Vellore will be a very fierce competitor. So, if you've made up your mind, you've made a wise decision because, as a CSE student, you'll be eligible for substantially higher compensation than other students if you perform very well in your profession. It's true that college life is favoured and that it means a lot, but if you believe in yourself, your abilities, and your education, you can compete with them fiercely. The most important thing is to work hard and look forward toward your goal.
Definitely in terms of placement. The only branch of vit that is effective for placements, regardless of campus, is cse. Even if you choose core branches in Vellore, it will still be very challenging to land a job with a core company since there aren't many core firms visiting the city for placements and there is a significant likelihood that you would be hired in bulk. Therefore, cse in Vit AP is a better option than the main branch in Vellore . Furthermore, placements are available on all campuses, so if you have strong technical abilities you will have no trouble getting a job.
Thank You
Hello,
Since then, they have released a few new streams, but this is one of them. I think it would be beneficial since it gives you a better understanding of how to apply computer science in the corporate world. The partnership with TCS will also provide you an advantage if you decide to apply for a position there. With the exception of your electives, which would be more focused on your specialty, I believe that the majority of your classes will be the same as those of a typical CSE degree.
The placement department of CSBS is strong, and prominent employers like Microsoft and Google actively recruit there.
So you've picked the right topic.
BUT if you solely focus on your studies, nothing goes well. Join a science club and try to attend as many events as you can. Maintain a minimum CGPA of 8.5 through the course's conclusion.
Thank You
Hello,
The debate between VIT and Amrita is now quite popular among students.
Amrita's curriculum and course requirements are on par with those of the IITs and the best overseas universities. It's the appropriate spot if you're a top student with experience competing in JEE exams. Nevertheless, Amrita has more elite students than VIT, making it harder to earn a relative grade there.
But you won't understand it until you're working at a top product-based firm alongside IIT and NIT graduates in the future.
Amrita is renowned for hosting hackathons and coding contests. If you work hard and pick one of the circuit branches (CSE, ECE, AI, CCE, EEE, ElCE), you will undoubtedly succeed in the future.
In no way is VIT any less. After Amrita, it is the next option right away.
Thank You
Hello,
While Vit Ap has branches that specialise, Vit Chennai does not. Amravati, which will be India's most technologically advanced metropolis, is where Vit Ap is being constructed. And a lot of new companies are anticipated to come to the AP campus to recruit. The lectures and hostels rooms on the site are new.Since you have less seniors in your first or second year, you may take advantage of chances like coordinating the activities and founding a club.
The projected Amravati campus model is of the highest calibre. Additionally, this campus works with RIT USA. Consequently, VIT AP offers students more chances than other VIT locations.
Thank You
hlwo aspirant
hope you are doing well
All the colleges you have mentioned are well known. Now while considering a college you need to consider some parameters:
Curriculum
Faculty
Placements
Infrastructure
you should definitely go to Vellore Institute of technology over SRM, KTR. While choosing college several measures are kept in mind which include placements, ranking, coding culture, infrastructure and better return of investments. VIT edges over SRM in all the the parameters by a handsome margin except ROI because the the fees for Category 4 in VIT is around 4.5 lacs per annum while it is is 2.5 lacs per annum in SRM.
Vellore institute of technology ranks 15 in nirf engineering rankings while that of SRM is 43. The the average package for Computer science and engineering at VIT is above 7 lacs per annum and that of SRM is around 4.5 to 5 lacs
Now as its your career and its the most important, you should conduct a research by yourself and if you agree with my point of view then only rely on it else take the decision which will be the best for you according to yourself.

KL University accepts through EMACET. Admission into Engineering courses in KL University, Guntur is based on JEE Mains, AP EAMCET, etc. The candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam in science stream from a recognised Board.
VIT AP doesnot accept EMACT score for admission. Admissions in GITAM are based on it's written exam i.e., GAT.
Hello Aspirant,
Hope you are doing well. You cannot seek admission at VIT AP through EAMCET, they do not accept EAMCET scores for admission.
