Percentile vs rank will not be the same always so you need to score minimum 98 percentile if you belong to general category and 90-95 percentile or above if you belong to reserved category. Now, as you have not mentioned the category, then I am assuming you from general or open category.

And for planning courses your rank must be around less than 830 ( as per the cutoff closing rank in the last josaa round ). And for that your marks must be around 270 .
