IIIT Surat Placements 2024 - Highest Package, Average Package, Student Placed

• Registration for placement: Candidates interested in participating in the placement drive are invited to register for participating in the IIIT Surat placement drive.
• Shortlisting of registered candidates: Based on the academic requirements as demanded by the companies known as pre-hiring demands such as minimum percentage, etc, candidates are shortlisted. Shortlisted candidates are eligible to attend the pre-placement talk conducted by the recruiters.
• Pre-Placement Talk: Companies visiting the campus to conduct the IIIT placement process, first delivers a pre-placement talk for the students to make them aware of the basic policies followed by the company and give an insight into the company. The pre-placement talk is a two-way communication where students and recruiters interact with each other. 
• Various Tests conducted by Recruiters: After the pre-placement talk to judge the Quantitative aptitude, Logical ability, English competency, Domain knowledge, and Suitability towards specific skill-sets of the potential students, these tests are taken and candidates qualifying for the test further proceed with the IIIT Surat placement process.
• Group Discussion: Students clearing the test will further have to participate in Group Discussion which may be on any topic, it can be a social, political, business-related topic, etc. Candidates have to voice their opinions, present their thoughts in front of the interviewers and showcase their oratory skills. 
• Interview: Candidates have to qualify for the interview taken by the companies. Interviews namely Technical Interview, HR Interview, etc are some of the interviews taken to judge the personality of the potential candidate. 
• Making the Job Offer: If the candidate is successful in qualifying for all the tests and interviews conducted by the recruiters, they are offered jobs based on their calibre and potential and hence the selected students are successful in securing their future and getting their dream job.
