Campus Interviews are facilitated by the IHMCT Kovalam placement cell for students, by leading national and international hospitality organisations. Some of the top recruiters of the college are Taj, Le Meridien, The Oberoi Hotels, Dominos and many others.

The IHM Kovalam provides training to the students so that they perform well in the final placement drives. The companies visit the campus and conduct the IHM Kovalam placements which include tests and practicals. Students who qualify for these tests and practicals will be selected by the companies.
