Invitation-  The training and placement cell invites various companies based on the salary packages and eligibility criteria.

Registration- The interested candidates must register themselves for the placement drive with the required documents. 

Slot-Allocation-  The recruiters will then fix dates with National Power Training Institute, Durgapur to visit the campus for conducting the recruitment process.

Pre-Placement Talk- In the pre-placement talks, the companies inform about the policies, roles and job profiles.
