ALL THE BEST!!!!
hey aspirant,
This year the admission process has been changed as the admission test has been cancelled for the Fire and safety engineering. As it is unprecedented, you can't really predict how the whole admission and cut off will shape up. You have go the decent percentage in class 12th , so keep an eye on the official website.
Hi Ajithaj,
Depends on which branch you are choosing for. For Marine Engineering and other such related courses, I would suggest SOE, but for Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Production, Electrical and other thisbthis related branch TKM is the best. TKM is much better than SOE in terms of academics, and most importantly the college life!
Placement in TKM is better than placement of SOE.
hope it helps!
Best of luck!
Hi Dear,
I will recommend you to join B.tech in marine from CUSAT - Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi over B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering at TKM College - Thangal Kunju Musaliar College of Engineering Kollam. If we o by rankings then CUSAT enjoys better position and is also accredited A rank by NAAC. The placement is also good there. However, join the course only if you are interested in marine field.
For more info compare both colleges from link below:

Best of Luck
Cochin University of Science and Technology is a government autonomous college and is very good in terms of academics. The college is accrediated by NAAC with A grade. The college has all basic facilities and amenities for the course. The fees for B.Tech Marine is 2,00,000/- per year for Keralites and for others state is 2,65,000/- , for NRI its Rs 5.65 lacs.
So yes CUSAT is a good option for marine
Thank you
Hi Hridaya,
As you have already given KMAT Kerela 2020 ,I believe that you know that one has to give entrance exams to qualify for the MBA admission, I will describe you about the criteria of admssion in MBA.First of all you have to make a list of good colleges and their respective exams. You must have heard of IIMS , every year they conduct a exam called CAT ( Common admission test) by qualifying this exam with a good percentile you can be eligible for admission in prestigious colleges .There are other National exams as well like XAT ,MAT ,SNAP,TISS,PUMBA .etc.
I will guide you that at this point of time where you can apply for admission in MBA 2020-21
#CUSAT (Cochin University of Science and Technology) -To get admissionin CUSAT you should have a valid score of either KMAT Kerela ,CMAT,CAT.Since you have given KMAT Kerela and if you have a valid score you can go for CUSAT .
# MAT (Management Aptitude Test) -It is going to be conducted in September and the last date of registeration is 28 August,2020. AIMA has listed 600+ B schools for admission through MAT.

where the price is 2,75,000 the food is good in my hostel I would recommend a first year student to stay in a hostel for a year then shift to a flat The college does not have its boys hostel it has three girls hostels of its own they have tie ups with private hostels there are hostel which offer you a room at 90,000 to hostels.
Most of facilities are good except the Wi-Fi system…Wi-Fi quality is not good.. Class rooms are well maintained and hygienic…if we talk about hostel ,hostel infrastructure is good but food is not good and during may -July it’s too hot so , only fan is nớt enough !
