Guru Kashi University consists of a comprehensive range of facilities designed to enhance the overall student experience. Guru Kashi University Talwandi library facilities include a vast collection of over 65,000 books across various disciplines.
With dedicated study spaces and a peaceful reading area, Guru Kashi University library facility serves as a hub for academic exploration and research. Additionally,Guru Kashi University Talwandi transport facilities, ensure convenient connectivity for students commuting to and from the campus. These facilities provided by Guru Kashi University collectively contribute to creating a conducive learning environment where students can thrive academically and personally.
The University Library provides resources and technologies needed for research and teaching and an extensive range of physical and electronic resources for the GKU community. The library currently has a collection of over 54000 books and 100 journals. Further, faculty and students have access to several online databases and e-books.
The University computer center of GKU occupies an area of 550 sq meters. It has got 220 computers of the latest configuration (3.2 GHz Dual Core Processor, 2 GB RAM, 500 GB Hard Disk) connected on LAN. It has got 32 peripherals such as printers, CD writers, and scanners. In addition, all labs have power backup in terms of gen-sets and stabilized online UPS. The computer center has LCD projectors for purpose of instructions.
The University Workshop is the heart of the Mechanical Engineering Department, where the students get practical knowledge besides the theoretical part of the subject. The workshop has the following eight sub-sections namely Machine Shop, Welding Shop, Carpentry Shop, Fitting and Sheet-metal Shop, Foundry Shop, Smithy Shop, and Electrical Shop. Each sub-section of the workshop has ultra-modern machines and equipment such as Centre Lathe Machines, Milling Machines, Power Hacksaws, Surface Grinding Machines, Rolling & Bending Machines, Hearth Furnaces, Arc-Welding, Gas Welding and MIG-Welding Machines, etc.
The University has a Sufficient Hostel facility is available on the campus itself. Hostels are having all the modern facilities including the internet. It has got five boys'. HIMALAYA HOSTEL:- It is a Senior Boys Hostel. Where each room is provided with an attached bathroom. The capacity is 195 students. SHIVALIK HOSTEL:- It is a Junior Boys Hostel i.e. for 2nd and 3rd-year students. The capacity is 192 students. NILGIRI HOSTEL:- This Hostel is for Polytechnic Boys. It has got a capacity of 212 students. BABA DEEP SINGH HOSTEL:- This hostel is for first-year students and is situated on Rama road near Police Station Chowk Talwandi Sabo city, which is about 2.5 km from the campus. Buses are provided to take the students from the hostel to GKU Campus and then back, as per the requirement of the students. ARAVALI HOSTEL:- This hostel is also for first-year Boys with all the facilities. The capacity is 78 students and it is near Baba Deep Singh Hostel.

The Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo Distt. Bathinda formerly Guru Gobind Singh Group of Institutions has a fleet of 36 buses to serve the needs of staff and students. GKU is not only serving the populated/urban areas but is also providing transport facilities to the staff and students from far rural areas up to 50 Km radius.
The University has a central canteen, two mini canteens, four hostel mess halls, and a cafeteria within its premises, in close proximity to both academic blocks and the hostels. This helps provide easy access to the eating areas from all the building blocks. The cafeteria serves tea and snacks whereas the large mess halls are equipped to serve lunch and dinner for all students between scheduled times. Apart from the main canteens, the campus also has a Verkabooth, serving a whole range of bread and other confectionery items. Healthy food is a key ingredient for good concentration and helps students stay fresh and alert.
The University Campus, there is a branch of INDIAN BANK, Also, there are the following Automated Teller Machines (ATM).

college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments for reaserch. in hostels , classrooms, laboratories, libraries, sports centres and hostels (for eg. WiFi, smart boards). All used and well-maintained. All classrooms are hygienic , neat and clean.
