You may write SAT for Universities Abroad, but I will advise you against it. It is always preferred to complete your Bachelors in India, focussed on Research followed by Masters/Doctoral Education Abroad for better Career Scope and Prospects besides being able to get a Good Deal of Funding for Graduate Admission Abroad.
Among your options, I believe your preference should be Manipal followed by AMITY. Both are leading private Universities with excellent infrastructure and faculty, however the project training and research culture and Institute Reputation is much higher for Manipal University, and may greatly benefit you during Graduate Admission and Application Procedure.
I believe IT or CSE has a much higher career scope and prospects to ECE or Electrical Engineering as far as Tier 3 and Private Engineering Colleges are concerned.
LPU Punjab has good infrastructure and employer outlook. Most of the Top Mass Recruiters like TCS, Mindtree,Cognizant, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys visit the campus for recruitment. However, the institute has somewhat a locational disadvantage being located in Phagwara, Punjab and also has stringent faculty and poor research facilities.
As far as BMSIT, is concerned, the huge advantage it commands over LPU is its locational advantage. Being located near IT, Technology and Corporate hubs of Bengaluru provides strong scope and impetus to training and placement prospects. As far as EEE is concerned, there are nearly 85% placements with a median package lying anywhere between 4-8 LPA. You will perhaps have more opportunities when you pass, in Core Electrical Field, Software/IT/Finance, Mass Recruitment Opportunities with Companies like TCS, Infosys and Accenture as well as option to prepare for GATE EE and pursue Masters from some of the highers technical institutes like Top IITs, NITs or BITS Pilani.
Secondly, being affiliated to VTU, Belgaum the BMSIT Bangalore has a strong curriculum and provides effective engineering education. Bangalore itself provides a very vibrant campus life and competitive peer environment.
Hence, I believe BMSIT might just prove to be a better option in your case, contrary to the first line of my answer.

Hello,
Well LPU is among the top most universities of our country. LPU has received many awards in various fields. Now coming to your question, Agriculture and Computer science engineering are two courses which have good placements in LPU. CSE is anyway the most popular field and many good companies visit LPU for CSE. Agriculture field also has good placements in LPU. Choose wisely. Go for the field where you can work and where your skills and knowledge can be utilised.

Hello candidate,
The role of practical knowledge is very important when it comes to application based services such as the engineering department where each and every theory you learn has to be implemented in order to get the practical output.
Colleges touches LPU conduct workshops, Science Fests and Lab Activities which help the students to know about the practical application of the processes involved.
Have a good day.
Dear aspirant,
According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about the comparison between these two colleges cse from lpu and mechanical from RV college of engineering.
I would like to tell you that as per my view core engineering from these south private colleges is of no use. Ultimately you will end up getting a package of 3-4L.
So you should definitely go for cse lpu.
Hey!
See, LPU has all the basic infrastructure and other facilities for its students including highly qualified faculty members and it also has a good placement record but only for undergraduation programmes such as BTech or BSc. But if you want to pursue M.tech then try to join IIts or NITs or any other colleges which offers good opportunities for M.tech students such as UPES, MSRIT banglore, MIT, IISc banglore, DTU etc.
You can check the list of top Mtech colleges here:
