Also the college conducts joint placement drive for few companies, but that doesn't effect the college students much as they are given full opportunities to perform well and get into the company of their choice. according to your choices ipu will be more better than chandigarh university due to quality  education and placements. The course you are selecting is also very good and will have a great scope in future but i think that these both of the colleges are not good for this particular course as it is a newly started stream .In my opinion u live in dehradun so upes will be great option for artificial intelligence and machine learning as it is having a specialization in it and provides a good practical and theory knowledge.

First of all, there are a lot of factors we should keep in mind before choosing the University for taking admission for such kind of courses, as the University we are choosing should have the required approval for the course, must provide us deep and practical knowledge of core subjects, must adapt for new technologies faster and the curriculum should be revised regularly to meet the company’s standard. And then the placements also plays a very vital role in that.

Keeping all these points in mind, I would say LPU will be a better choice.

Hi, LPU is ranked 23 and CU is ranked 45 by NIRF. CU has a NAAC grade of A+. CU has more number of students intake but LPU has more number of faculty and the enrollment of students is higher means there are less seats in LPU but the number of students enrolling are higher than CU. There is no girls hostel and no library available in LPU. There are 42 B.E/B.Tech course where as CU has 33.
