LPU Phagwara library facilities also include digital facilities. The university provides residential facilities to its students. Yes,it is mandatory for you to have passed 12th with PCM as your subjects so as to get admission in the provided colleges.Also some of the above have a particular qualifying criteria that you need to have in the 12th.

Lovely Professional University provides scholarships upto 4.9 lakhs per student. But student have to be eligible for scholarship criteria. College provides scholarships on the basis of 12th merit, college level entrance exam and national level entrance exam. Scholarship amount gets reduced with respect to the councelling/admission phases.
