In one line if i tell then it is tough to get any of these nits as even though they are not as decorated as some of the other nits yet they are also sought after by many candidates of the northeast and neighbouring areas and since you rank is too high so you cannot get even the northeast nits if you would have been from northeast itself then you would have stood a chance but currently you have no chance though you can predict your college here-

There is no preference order as if for choice filling for getting nit srinagar but yes it is not preferable by many candidates so automatically the competition here goes down so I would suggest that if you are getting other nits then opt for this as a last case scenario rest if you are OK with all the turbulancy out there then this is good and after all it will give you a tag of nit and if you talk about which subjects to opt for then it depends on you which stream you want to study although cse is the most sought after branch

NIT Srinagar is a Government institute of national importance. The institute is one of the good NIT's in India. NIT Srinagar offers the admission to its different UG courses on the basis of JEE Main rank. Now you didn't mentioned the course for which you are asking the cutoff. Assuming BTech CSE, I am providing the cutoff's:

As you have mentioned a quite good number of IIIT and NIT colleges so it is clear that you have made your mind set for the national level colleges ie, NIT and IIIT but from all the above colleges you can go for NIT Agartala because it is comparatively older than other IIIT and NIT mentioned and has a great academic records and also the cutoffs are quite high for this particular college hence, you can accordingly think and start preparing for the exams through which you are looking for this colleges.

Nit Srinagar hasn't yet started the admission process and has not yet notified anything regarding the same . Most probably it will be taking place in the last week of December or first week of January.
