Our college boasts excellent infrastructure with modern facilities. Classrooms are equipped with old boards and low-speed wifi, enhancing the learning experience. Labs are well-maintained fostering practical skills. libraries offer books but only course-related books are given to students. No hostels are present. For Seniors means 3rd and 4th year, students take exams with phones ??.
I am pursuing Computer Science and Engineering . While the teaching quality varies, some professors are good and will help you throughout college life and most importantly during placement. However, there is room for improvement in updating teaching methods. Most important attendance does matter too much.
As it is private college placement scenario varies. While a percentage of students secure placements but placement process is challenging and requires extra effort from students. The highest salary is 22 LPA and the Average salary is between 3.6-4.5 LPA. Most of the placements are from CSE/IT.
Per Semester you have to pay 79000. Yes, I think it is cheaper than another private college. If you are getting a chance in the CSE/IT branch then think about admission.
College Campus is a good, fest organized from time to time. The campus location is good I think it is in the center of Kolkata city. If you walk 1km around the college you will find TCS, WIPRO, PWC, Cognizant, etc.
Please Research before taking admission.
Yes, the college has all the infrastructure well maintained, facilities like smart board, well equipped chairs, large area of ground for sports and other outdoor activities as well as good auditorium. It also have well maintained mess area. Hostels and other living area is well maintained and regular hygiene check and hygiene is also taken care by the care takers. High speed wi-fi is provided and 24*7 Wi-fi facilities as well as water and electricity is provided. parking area is given by college
Academics are on average side. Not recommended on very good side and not on very bad also. People can pursue from this college of they have more further career option but not for the last degree as I believe that last degree holds a lot value. Some teachers are very good and some are also very supportive. but some teachers are not flexible with students and supportive. Exams are taken seriously and also graduation are on semester basis. not on trimester basis.
Placements are not that good. college is not recommended or preferred as very good college for placements. Don't have high expectations for placements opportunities. Do not seek for job if pursuing degree for here.
Techno University's campus is clean and has wide fields. The classrooms were well maintained and very tidy. The canteen served quality food, although a bit on the expensive side, got unfortunately closed. The main campus is separate from the BBA and BHM campus.
There were a few standout teachers who offered us an excellent guidance. They were very friendly and maintained a casual approach which basically resulted in a positive and comfortable learning environment.
Startups were emphasized a lot and students were encourage towards pursuing entrepreneurship. The placement division was very supportive. Pushing us to start our own businesses were a big focus. The only gripe I have is the salary wasn't not up to the mark.
It was quite costly, almost 55,000 per semester. For this hefty price tag, the value I got out of it, it was not worth it. The value did not justify the expenditure. Hence, not a value for money course.
The campus is good and we had student buses available. The seniors, I found a lot of them were uncouth, which obviously impacted the atmosphere. Not to be taken away from the celebrations that happened. The annual sports was very well organized and it was a fun event.
Overall it was a good experience. Apart from the high fees and okay-ish placements, other things were quite good. Campus life was good. I would recommend it.
It's awesome. The campus is very clean. Therefore very hygienic campus life. We have AC, smartboards in every classroom. They are used very well and maintained very well. The D group staffs are also very friendly
Awesome. I am studying B. Tech in CSE. I study this because I see a wide opportunity of getting placed in the top companies. Yes my campus is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field.
Awesome. Placement cell provides a lott of opportunity to all the students. Maximum everyone gets placed by the end of 4 th year. Highest package is 3.5-5 lakhs per annum. I am currently in 3 rd year. Yes the college is supportive.
Awesome

Techno India has a well maintained campus with all the necessary facilities. The classrooms are spacious and are air conditioned, and the labs are equipped with the latest equipment. But the hostel need to improve a bit.
The academics curriculum is up to date and relevant to the industry. The faculty members are not so experienced and knowledgeable, and some of them could be more engaging in their teaching methods and should add practical aspects also.
The placement at our college are decent. Top companies like Wipro, tech Mahindra, tcs, Infosys, Ibm and Amazon visit the campus for placement. However the placement rate are not so great. Put the college provides proper placement assistance.
College facilities and infrastructure means and includes any and all personal property, real property, or elec- tronic networked systems owned, rented, leased, or operated by or used on behalf of the college or associated students and the board of trustees of Community College District No
Academic Use means instruction and learning, as well as noncommercial research at the Institution. Academic Use means use by enrolled students, faculty members, or affiliated researchers in an accredited non-profit, degree-granting institution for academic research or instruction only.
96 percent students were placed in our courses. The highest package was 33 Lacs per year, the lowest package was 2.4 Lacs per year Techno India University has a good placement record, with an 80% placement rate. Techno India University offers undergraduate courses in BE/B Tech, BBA, B.Sc.
The university provides excellent resources including a well stocked library, modern labs and research opportunities. Recommended for students looking for quality education. I have complete my B. Tech form techno main salt lake.
Student life in Techno India University, West Bengal, is undoubtedly an incredible, unique experience infused with exuberance. As a student of the University, they can join a huge range of clubs, make new friends from diverse backgrounds, share experiences and treasure memories for the rest of their lives. The university campus boasts of the diversity of live events occurring on campus. The progressive and thriving, lush green campus is committed to fostering a welcoming environment that provide
The infrastructure of the college was extremely good. It is one of the best private engineering college situated in kolkata. With AC Classrooms, libraries, various sports grounds, there were multiple facilities provided in the college.
The academics of the college was also decent enough with experienced faculties and thorough well structured courses. Students here get sufficient opportunity to learn the subject & build the core concepts. So, overall very good in term of academics.
The placements of this college was decent with average placement ranging from 9 to 10 lpa. The computer science & IT domains jobs are very lucrative but in other domains the jobs are average & for them mass recruiting takes place.
As the fees was a lot higher so not that much value for money but okay.
Campus life was quite good.
The college has almost all the necessary infrastructure, facilities qnd equipment but doesn't have a big campus and less of good girls and boys and also they don't have ac in every room and wifi is also available but speed not so good
I'm studying bca and i have a intrest in computers and softwares, the quality of teaching i would say is ok ok some teachers are good some are bad but anyways pallit sir is goat best goat yesss the curriculum is updated
Placements are ok ok some get good jobs and some don't highest package is 3.8 lakhs per annum that too long ago average is ok ok i would like to add my personal view that in case of jobs at the end skills matter
I would not preferably say that this college is value for money they take all your money and doesn't provide good jobs it costs around 1lakh rupees per year that's too much i would say for a bca vourse in Kolkata
Campus life is none like you see in movies campus is very small here you start here only it ends canteen is worse no food no nothing library is good seniors are a little egoistic if you don't respect them you'll be in trouble
Overall the college is somewhat good i would say but in some cases it can be better like the infrastructure and all Ac should be there in every room and some staffs should be replaced but not pallit sir he best the OG
The college does have very good infrastructure and has all necessary facilities and equipments the classroom have ac and well maintained the college does have a huge libra to study the spaces are very much clean
I am studying Bca and it’s my passion to study it cause i like tech and coding so that’s why the curriculum is updated and it does include all the recent updates in the field the study does really make one job ready The quality of teaching is nice too
The best placement is still for microsoft and it did have a very high package and usually one can easily get good high paying jobs from here the average you should expect is of around 3-4 lakhs per annum
I’m pursuing Bca and it does cost me around a lakh per year and i totally think it is enough value for money and as per my knowledge one does get a very hood job from here hence making it worth every penny you pay
Extraordinary campus life one can easily enjoy the life here with fun and enjoyment seniors here are very much friendly and helpful it is i would say a dream college life what we watch in movies and all
Amazing to be honest best college best location and very nice environment one can easily be job ready from here teachers are good and also the other staffs overall nice i would personally recommend to come here
College infrastructure is pretty descent to be honest . The college is clean and air conditioned. But it dont have any sport activities which is quite disappointing. It have a ground which is descent in size.
Academic is not upto point . Teachers are not helpful at all . They dont even complete the syllabus before the main exam . They themselves are not sure what they are teaching . They just read the book in front the class .
Placement are not good . They claim that big companies like Microsoft come here for placement but thats a big scam . TCS is the main company which give placement to most of the student . Average salary offered is somewhat around 4-5lakh pa.
Course cost 1.5 lakh per year . It is decent amount when it comes to the private colleges . Most of the other private colleges are charging more . But the placement is not appropriate so I guess the return on investment is bad
There is nothing called campus life in this college . They conduct some kind of fest twice or thrice a year in which we have to pay for it and there no fun in it . No sports activites like cricket, football .
Hi,
Only academic wise, IEM is a slightly better option than Techno India University.
But here’s what you need to know about both the colleges -
IEM:
• The college is critical about time, you need to bw always on time for lectures and other events.
• The college has discipline, punctuality, and strictness when it comes to studies. There’s a strict dress-code in place.
• The scope and exposure during and after your btech degree is better than many colleges in West Bengal.
Techno India University is much more flexible in case of rules, and dress code. But, in my opinion Techno Main Saltlake is a much much better college than Techno India University in every aspect.
Techno India colleges arrange workshops, seminars, tech fests for hands on practise of the students.
Plus, CSE is anyday a better branch than CSE and business. So I’d suggest go for just CSE.

Dear aspirant,
First of all I would like to tell that techno india main campus, salt lake is different from techno india University. In salt lake campus the computer science branch cut off ranges from 4k -8k depending upon the specialisation branches you choose .
In techno india University there are many colleges and cut off ranges from 15k to 30k for the cse branch . However it is subjected to change as every there are new branches inserted and also depends upon certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
