VSSUT Sambalpur Admission Process

Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT), Sambalpur is offering numerous B.Tech. and M.Tech. programmes for aspiring young engineers. VSSUT Sambalpur admissions is based on the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) and Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE-Main) examinations.

Before the counselling process, participants should apply for the OJEE exam. Once they get through this examination then they can sit for the OJEE counselling process. VSSUT Sambalpur also accepts the JEE-Main score for B.Tech. admission. VSSUT Sambalpur admissions to M.Tech courses are based on the GATE exam scores.

Candidates must then appear for the OJEE or JEE examination.
Selection to VSSUT B.Tech/B.Arch admissions 2025 will be based on the marks obtained in the OJEE or JEE Main exam. Students must therefore clear the VSSUT Burla cutoff 2024 to qualify for admissions.

To be more honest, college curriculum and academics are not very sufficient for the placements, but it will give you a brief idea about the fundamentals. Hi sir .... I got 78 percentile in jeemain in obc catagory and I got 3lakh rank in common rank and catagory rank in 1 lakh so can I got any branch in VSSUT

Hope you are doing well

Having a Jee category rank upto 1 lakh, it may be difficult to secure core branches like Computer Science or Electronics in (VSSUT)

However, you might have a chance to get admission in less competitive branches such as Civil, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering, especially under the OBC category.

Home state quota: If you are from Odisha, you may have a better chance due to the state quota system.

Special rounds of counseling: Sometimes, seats open up in later counseling rounds or in the CSAB special rounds, where you may have a better chance.
