GNA University Placements: At GNA University, Phagwara a dedicated placement cell has been developed to address the placement needs. GNA University placement cell has a training and placement department that assists students in developing a career-focused personal development plan by taking into account their talents, abilities, goals, and desires. GNA University placement cell also enhances the student's knowledge and skills by organising various guest lectures, industrial visits, workshops, live projects and many more. The major key recruiters GNA University are TATA Consultancy Services, Maruti Suzuki, Axis Bank, TAj, yatra.com, Wipro, The Lalit, LG, Infosys, IndusInd Bank, Decathlon, Samsung, Hilton, Honda, Mahindra and Many More.

GNA University Placement Process

Companies are invited via GNA University Phagwara placement cell and interested companies need to fill the form sent by the university's placement cell.
Then, the dates of pre-placement talks are decided mutually.
GNA Placement Cell informs the students about the companies and all other important information then, interested students can register themselves with the placement cell for the recruitment drive.
Companies visit on the dates fixed to conduct the pre-placement talks.
Further, group discussions, aptitude and technical tests are conducted by the companies.
Students who qualify the group discussions and tests need to appear for an interview round.
Final selection of the candidates will be done based on the candidates' performance in an interview.
The names and offer letters of selected students will be given to the GNA Placement cell.

Placements

The placements are okay with a few companies visiting the campus with most of the students getting placed in the banking sector . There is also a mandatory summer internship program for all the students which will help gain practical knowledge in the respective field we are pursuing.

I didn’t join placemant drive yet because I am new here as senior for placement we need 75% marks and no backlogs and average package is 3lacs,placement drive helps to polise the soft skills and give mock interviews

whicH is better rayat bahra or GNA university?

Hello,

Rayat Bahra faculty of engineering, Patiala is a private institute with 12 acres campus with total faculty of 70 and 174 of total student enrollment. They have hostel, wifi in campus, gym, library, cafeteria,medical service. They provide 4 courses in BE and 2 courses for ME. Considering BTech in computer science their fees is around Rs 3.5 Lakhs

GNA university, Phagwara is also a private institution with 50 acres campus. They have 125 faculty and 3012 total student enrollment. They also have hostel services, wifi campus, gym, cafeteria,library.hospital, etc. Considering Btech in computer science their fees is around Rs 5.85 lakhs.

Is better to join CSE in GNA UNIVERSITY or to join IT IN VR Siddartha??

You can make your choice as per the information below. In my opinion VR Siddhartha is better.

CSE IN GNA: 100% placement guarantee because GNA group has a reputation and good links with the other industries as well. All the industries of GNA group are automated. They are also given placements to their industries. Wherever they give placements, you will never work in a static position. They will give the placements where you can grow your career.

IT IN VR SIDDHARTHA: Placements are good enough for CSE and IT students. Almost 100% placements are achieved. Students get placed in good companies if their knowledge is good enough as per the company's requirements. We can get placed in some good companies like TCS. The highest package offered for a student was 11 Lacs per annum.
