If your JEE Mains scorecard does not display the Common Rank List (CRL) rank and mentions that the rank will be released after Session 2 , you may have to wait until the final ranks are declared . Since IPU B.Tech admission requires a CRL rank , you can check if they allow provisional submission or update it later. You may also contact IPU's admission helpline for clarification. If there is an option to proceed without the rank, leave it blank or enter "Not Available" if allowed.

As a domicile of West Bengal, you can appear for exams like MHT CET, IPU CET, and COMEDK, but there are some conditions and restrictions:

MHT CET

1. Eligibility: You can appear for MHT CET, but to be eligible for admission in Maharashtra colleges, you'll need to obtain a certificate from the Maharashtra government stating that you're eligible for admission under the "Outside Maharashtra State Candidate" category.

2. Seat quota: As an outside Maharashtra candidate, you'll be eligible for admission under the "All India Quota" or "Institutional Quota", which is usually 15% to 20% of the total seats.

IPU CET

1. Eligibility: You can appear for IPU CET, and as a domicile of West Bengal, you'll be eligible for admission in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) colleges under the "All India Quota".

2. Seat quota: As an outside Delhi candidate, you'll be eligible for admission under the "All India Quota", which is usually 15% to 20% of the total seats.

COMEDK

1. Eligibility: You can appear for COMEDK, and as a domicile of West Bengal, you'll be eligible for admission in COMEDK-affiliated colleges under the "All India Quota".

2. Seat quota: As an outside Karnataka candidate, you'll be eligible for admission under the "All India Quota", which is usually 15% to 20% of the total seats.
