there are narrow chances for your girl to get a seat in this college,  it will be only possible if the college conducts special round of counseling that happens after 7th round.

Firstly it does not matter whether you are a female or a male while seat allotment so please remove that misconception first.Now about the rank secured by you In JEE MAIN 2018(51240) is not enough for you to get a seat in the pretigious IIEST shibpur(Former SHIBPUR ENGINEERING COLLEGE) in any stream.If you want to check the previous years cutoff trends of this Institution then you can visit there official website.Link is as follows-

Admission is done on the basis of JEE Mains. However minimum marks in 12 for General and OBC is 75% and for SC, ST, PwD is 65%.

It is difficult to make a difference between these two colleges. As per the research both the colleges have same ratings. If you want to know you can talk to students there of someone who have studied in these colleges.

IIEST takes admission based on JEE main, there is no annoucment related to NATA score in their website. 

Apart from jee MAIN, a student must have any one of the criteria fulfilled :

(i) The candidate is within the category-wise top 20 percentile of successful candidates in their respective Class XII (or equivalent) examination of respective stream and Board.

(ii) The candidate has secured minimum 75% (for GEN or OBC-NCL) or a minimum 65 % (for SC, ST or PwD) of aggregate marks in the Class XII (or equivalent) examination of respective stream and Board.
