In which college do you want to take admission? I think you need to specify your question more. If you want to take the admission in west-Bengal's college then you can get admission through WB-JEE.

None of the NITs provide B.Tech in Aerospace so you will have to clear Jee advance and only 4 IITs and IIEST Shibpur provides this course, cut off is given below -

IIT Madras - 2995

IIT Bombay - 2036

IIT Kharagpur -3451

IIT Kanpur -3053

 According to above given previous year closing ranks you will have to get 200+ as this would be safest score to get seat there in IITs

IIEST Shibpur - Closing rank for non domicile candidates was 16087 and for domiciled students it was 28000 in previous year.

Note - As there is nothing out for 2018 cut off so the above information is provided as per previous year. Also in coming years, the changes in cut off may/may not be there.

There is no specific percentile mentioned for MAT on the official website for admissions. You have a valid score in MAT and that qualifies you to enter the admission process of IIEST. You can contact the institute on +91 (033) 2668 4561 to 63 to know more about it.

IIEST – Indian Institute of Engineering Science & Technology doesn't conduct its own entrance test for admissions. It accepts the scores of MAT, CAT, XAT, CMAT and GMAT exams for its admission process. There is no specific percentile mentioned for MAT on the official website for admissions. Although you need to obtain a valid score in any one of the exams mentioned above to get into the admission process of IIEST.

The admissions are over for the academic year 2018-20. You can appear for MAT exam in May, September and December to apply for next year. MAT scorecard is valid for one year.
