Placements:The placements of the campus are good..
IIT Palakkad has an excellent track record of the placements. IIT Palakkad placement process is conducted by the Career Development Centre (CDC) to cater to the training/internship and placement needs of the students. Students of the institute have been placed in reputed organizations like TCS, Daikin, Timken, Titan, Wipro etc. The CDC of IIT Palakkad focuses to build a strong interface between industry and the academia for training and placement of students. Through the placement process, the Career Development Centre (CDC) initiates a continuous interaction between industries and corporate. The centre is functional under a Professor In-Charge and the training placement officer and through the placement process, IIT Palakkad helps the students to develop practical knowledge of the students. As a part of IIT Palakkads placement process, recruiters shortlist the potential candidates and conduct interviews to shortlist suitable candidates. Hence, IIT Palakkads Career Development Centre (CDC) is very active provides the best career prospects to all the students of the institute
The companies like Microsoft, Google, L&T, Rites visiting the campus. PSUs are visiting in IITs this year. Its better to get placed from IITs. 100% of the students get the internship from our college. The stipend is about Rs 14,000 to Rs. 20,000. Around, 80% of the students were placed.

Nsit Delhi with cse is alloted to me . Should I drop a year if it is 100 percent sure or guranted that next year I can get iit delhi with cs

See as you are getting NSIT Delhi CSE , it is not bad. You should go for it. But here you are also telling that If you drop this year then as you say you will get IIT Delhi CSE.

I don't know it is confidence or over-confidence. But if you are confident about yourselves then you can drop no problem. But to be on safe side i would suggest that you take admission in NSIT and then prepare for next year as first year syllabus is more or less similar to 12th syllabus.

But it is your life so you have to decide. I am just suggesting , You take your own decision.

How is Engineering Physics at IIT Delhi?And what are the further scopes in this branch?

If you are passionate about engineering physics , then only you are going for IIT Delhi. See if you talk about placements then it is no less than core jobs. Companies visit exclusively for Engineering Physics just like google visiting for CS students.

So only one thing is required , you should be maintaining your grad i.e. CG. The better your cg is more the chances of getting placements as rest the IIT tag does.

You also have another option going for higher studies in USA or GERMANY.

Three of the IIT's are good.
You can go for any of them.
If you are confused,then choose IIT Delhi.
IIT Delhi is one of the oldest IIT in India.
It is more reputed College than other IIT's
Every IIT's have nice faculy, infrastructure, education plus campus life.we can't compare but if you are in confusion then go for IIT delhi

I have an AIR of 319 and reside in delhi. Should I opt for IIT Roorkee CS or IITD MNC(4/5 year) no particular inclination to coding.

Hello !

Since you have no inclination towards coding and reside in Delhi I would suggest you to go for IITD MNC because of the following reasons :

1.Courses and course structure is really good here. You get to do a variety of cool and interesting courses.You will enjoy the course structure.
2. Department faculty is really good here . You will find some very cool professors in contrast to other branches.
3. The course curriculum is really tight in IITD. Being a MNC guy you cant expect to be holidaying. The course structure is very well planned and falling out of it will cause problems.
4. IITD also has some awesome professors in CS and electrical department along with some good courses . A MNC guy can also take up these courses if he/she is really interested in it.
5. In placements IITD performs really good. You can also apply for multiple profiles.

Dear candidate........ hope you're doing good..

Well, basing upon your rank in JEE ADVANCED, you may get admission into IIT DELHI in civil or chemical engineering. Well, in my opinion, both the branches have good job opportunities in the near future and are full of scope. You may also try for other core branches like mechanical engineering or electrical engineering which you may get in the successive rounds of counselling.

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is highly satisfactory, with functional classrooms, laboratories, and an extensive library. Sports facilities are excellent and well-used by students. WiFi and smartboards in classrooms enhance learning. Hostel conditions are decent but need improvements in cleanliness. Food hygiene could be better, though.

Good college good life.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is very good and there will very peaceful environment. facilities are very supportive and very understanding with students wifi facilities are available sports program are conducted.

Have to focus on fee curriculum only
