• Students have online access to the JAF and all other information provided by the company or organisation.

• Depending on various information submitted by employers, the IIIT Bhubaneswar Placement Office assigns dates to companies for campus interviews. Following that, the companies confirm the dates with the placement office.

• Interested students can express their desire to take part in a company's hiring process by signing the JAF.

• On the designated day or dates, companies perform exams and/or interviews at the IIIT Bhubaneswar as a part of their hiring process.

•  As soon as possible, the company or organisation must present the final list of applicants.
