If you belong to home state then you have few chances of getting a seat in Mining Engineering but if you don't belong to that state then you have fairly no chances of getting seat in NIT Raipur. Congrats on scoring 95 percentile. As the number of students appearing for the April attempt is still unknown, so it will be difficult to predict your final rank. And your final rank will decide which college you get into.

As of 2019 trend the seventh round closing rank for HS category was 14806  and for OS category was 1680.

Last year the closing rank for general ews candidate to get a seat in NIT Raipur in the final round of counseling were 15671 and 5973 for home state and other state candidates respectively.
Therefore you need to score a rank above these to secure a seat in the College.
For this you need to score above 98 and 99 percentile respectively as per last year.

to get an admission in NIT campus in CSE branch then you have to get a rank below 1k. Being competetive , the rank considered for the top rated branch like CSE and ECE has very low rank cutoff range.
