Now as your courses are different then its in general better to compare on the basis of course. Now firstly, you have to decide which subject you are interested in. You can sort on your interest and that's the best because if you are interested in a subject, then you will get enthusiastic about it and as a result, doing great in that subject is an easy game. Now from a perspective of placements, CSE have good placements in SSTC. You can obviously go for the course at SSTC if you want to get placed in the field at which you study. If you’re wanting to choose between IIIT sri city and Nit Raipur for chemical engineering then i would suggest you to go for iiit sri city.

Iiit sri city is known to have betterr facilities and infrastructure than nit raipur. The faculty of iiit sri city is also very good. College also has good placement facilities and higher packages than nit Raipur.

First of all I would like to tell tell you that it's better to choose a good college over a good branch because if you are getting a good college but not the branch you want so you can get it changed after scoring well in 1st year. So according to me you should go for NIT Tiruchirapalli as it is top college among all the NITs. Plus it has a good Placement record of you are willing to continue in civil Engineering also.
