UPES B.Tech Admissions 2025
ApplyRanked #42 among Engineering colleges in India by NIRF | Highest CTC 50 LPA , 100% Placements
Dear aspirant,
We can't exactly predict the cut-off as it varies based on number of students attempting the exam, the preferences of the students etc.
CSE is one of the most preferred branches and hence is very competitive.
Looking at the previous year trends we can say that you have a good chance of getting a rank around 10k.
It is quite difficult to get college of your interest with this rank.
The cutoff for outside Delhi general candidates have been 2.4 k for DTU and 2 k for NSUT, Delhi. For getting this rank you'll generally need a percentile of above 99.75 .
If you are a Delhi candidate you can get seat with rank up to 5 K in NSUT and 8 K in DTU. For getting this rank you'll need a percentile between 99.3 - 99.5.
Hence, we can say that you have a small chance of getting DTU if you are a Delhi candidate.
For, knowing more about your chances, please check the college predictor link.
Hope this helps.
Hi Dhruv.
For admission into DTU , a student needs to take the JEE Main exam. He/She also needs to secure at least 60% marks (55% for OBC-NCL, 50% for SC/ST/PwD) in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in Class XII.
Candidate should have a minimum of 60% (50% for OBC) aggregate score in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics , and should have passed in English to be eligible for admission in NSIT . The SC/ST Category candidates need to merely pass in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

[Cutoffs and ranks depend on various factors like:
Hello,
As you have secured 88 percentile approximately and considering you are from obc category , still it is difficult to get DTU or NSUT . Because the cut offs are higher and it depends on certain conditions like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
So, it would be difficult for you to get these colleges even if your category and female reservation is there.
If you want to check out the colleges you can get , you can have a look at the college predictor link given below -

Hello Aspirant,
See it is quite difficult to tell you an exact figure of your CRL rank because it keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors but yes we can help you with approximate figures on the basis of analysis of previous year's data.
So If we go through the analysis of Percentile Vs CRL rank for JEE-Main 2021 then according to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your CRL rank is expected to be in the range of 299514 - 336697 .
Note that the ranks which are predicted are only the expected ranks on the basis of previous year's data so your actual ranks might vary depending upon current factors.
Based on such rank you have almost no chances for ME neither in NSUT nor in DTU because the closing CRL in final round was around 2 Lakhs for NSUT and for DTU it was around 1.8 Lakhs for ME branch in 2021 for OBC category.
So you need to improve your score, at least take it around 87+.

Hello Aspirant,
According to your score 86.2 percentile in JEE mains , your rank will be around 92303 -169542 . If you belong to general category then it is difficult to get top NITs. If you belong to delhi there might be a chance to get NSIT or if you belong to SC or ST category then it helps you to get admission.

For that you really want to score least 210 imprints or above in JEE Main. Remove changes consistently relying upon the absolute number of applicants, trouble level of assessment and complete number of seats accessible and so forth
Hope this information helps you!!!
All the best!!!
Hello Aspirant
Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology is indeed a renowned institution in India to conduct successful M.Tech Curriculum every year. The cut off of M.Tech in NSUT depends on four factors
Number of Applicants
The difficulty level of GATE 2022
Number of Seats
However to pursue M.Tech in Information system you need 570+ score and for Process Control branch you need 450+ score. Though it is an assumption I hope you make it this time!!

hi aspirant
as your certificate is valid in both the states then you can use in the admission of dtu and nsit as well.
in case u want to study in the other state rather than home town and want fee reimbuirsement you need to take the comfirmation or verification letter from the district officer of your home town.
Hello David,
SC caste certificate is not sufficient for admission purpose because validity certificate is also the part of SC reservation certificate and without a validity certificate you cannot get admission with the benefit of SC quota in any of the institutions whether it is NSIT or any other.
Therefore I would recommend you to contact the concerned authorities of NSIT Delhi for the same, if they can provide you some time in which you can get your validity certificate.
I hope you got it.
Good Luck!!
College infrastructure is very good as compared to other colleges and they are improving it also.like in most of classes we have air conditioning facilities and projectors that help us to study in well environment.
College has a lush green campus. Classes are so well developed but only for first year students. From second year onwards the studying area is not less than any govt school classroom. They should be maintained just like apjs. Other than that library and labs are easily accessible.
Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), Dwarka, boasts a modern and well-developed infrastructure that supports both academic and extracurricular activities. Spread over a sprawling campus, NSUT provides a conducive environment for learning and growth. Academic Facilities: The university has state-of-the-art classrooms, lecture halls, and well-equipped labs for various branches of engineering and technology. The central library is spacious, with an extensive collection of books, journals, and digital resources to aid research and study. Hostels and Accommodation: NSUT offers on-campus hostels for both boys and girls, equipped with basic amenities like Wi-Fi, recreational rooms, and mess facilities. However, the hostels can sometimes face capacity issues due to high demand. Sports and Recreation: The campus includes facilities for sports such as football, basketball, cricket, and tennis, along with a gymnasium to promote fitness. Regular sports events keep students engaged beyond academics. Other Amenities: The university has multiple canteens, a medical center, and 24/7 security for student convenience and safety. Additionally, the campus includes auditoriums and seminar halls for cultural and academic events. While NSUT’s infrastructure is generally top-notch, some areas like hostel expansion and maintenance of older buildings could use improvement. Nonetheless, the campus provides an excellent environment for holistic development.
