There are good separate blocks for the separate departments in the college. The college canteen is bad and bad Wi-Fi. The labs depend on the department that you are in. The medical facilities are bad. The sports facilities are great even for the girls. The library is very well-maintained.

as the periyar university does not a separate list of cutoffs or name of selected candidates so it would be very tough to get the admission results of 2016 mathematics . however you should talk to the college officials to know if there is any way or not . you can get the contact info from the college official website

Yes, you can join in other college during your second year of study. It is very easy if the both colleges come under the same University. But you can't do this in national institutes like IITs and central universities. All you need to have is good performance in your academics.
