Hey,
To be very honest Btech degree is far better than BSc degree in every sense. No matter what but one extra year add more opportunities for you to cherish. If you will ask me I will suggest you to go for Btech degree from Thappar University.
The college also matters but I believe course structure matters more. If Manipal University offers Btech in Biotechnology I will suggest you to go for it.
Else Thappar University is also really good to with your undergraduate studies.
Hope that helps
Thank you.

With respect to the change of branch, it depends on the university, most universities allows for change of branch after the first year, only to students scoring a particular GPA.
MSc integrated biotechnology course and BTech biotechnology course as a little bit of difference in the syllabus. MSc biotechnology course is based upon theory and practical. B tech biotechnology course is the place of application of theoretical knowledge. In BTech battery course other than biotechnology different streams of Technology courses are also taught. MSc integrated biotechnology course including preach included in the syllabus genetics and practical experiences of the of the subject matter.
MSc integrated biotechnology course has a scope for placement in in at least 90% in in Vellore Institute of Technology. The average salary of of VIT MS integrated battery energy pass outs student is 5 to 7 Lakhs per annum and the highest salary is is very from Rs 1500000 to 2000000 per annum.
So from the corner of view of placement and salary, and the knowledge of theory which is essential for application when it is for practical field VIT MSc integrated biotechnology course is better.
Hi,
Well it depends on what field you are interested in. If you want to pursue the academic field and want more exposure to the academic domain then I would suggest you to go for the B.Sc. in biotechnology course or if you want technical knowledge and a professional degree then opt B. Tech. In terms of university both of them stand kind of like on the same level.
I hope this helps.
All the best.
Dear Aspirant,
All four Universities you have mentioned are decent in terms of industry value and should fetch good returns on investment. You can choose one based on your preference of location, budget, and other such factors. For comparison on specific parameters, you may use the College Compare feature on our website.
Feel free to reach out for any further queries.
All the Best!
Hello aspirant,
The minimum marks required to get into Thapar University in is to have 20% marks in JEE Mains that is scoring minimum of 72 marks will make you eligible for admission.
Also if your marks are around 90 don't expect seat from direct counselling.
You will get seat during Final In-Person On the Spot Counseling.
So, to be at a safer position of getting admission, I would prefer you to score anything above 75 Percentile, if you are not from Punjab. Now if you are from punjab, score anything about 70 percentile would work .
Hope this helps you
Feel free to ask any questions
All the best for your future

For admission in jadavpur University in CSE branch jee main score is accepted only.

Many facilities provide by college lab is very good and working well, classroom is very good and library is also provided by college and you can take any book in your course. Many facilities provided in our hostel food is average and canteen is also available in our hostel medical facilities is also available in our hostel.
The coursework is decent, they try to make them familiar with each technology one by one. Classrooms are good, and the campus is big. Hostels are also good but overpriced. The food in the mess is not very good and is also overpriced.
Infrastructure of the college is just okay. Buildings look very old and don’t justify the fees charged. The Labs for our branch are the worst. Wi-Fi connectivity is good overall. The college library is decent. The classrooms are very nice up to 2nd year but after that we will get a normal school type classroom.
