DTU Delhi All Questions

Hello there

Delhi University has released the application form for both merit and entrance based courses .

Students who want to seek admission need to go the official website http://www.du.ac.in/uploads/adm2021/index.html of Delhi University to fill the application form with related information.

There are two colleges under Delhi University for which students need to fill separate forms, one is ST.Stephen's College and the other one the Jesus and Mary College.

For those two colleges students need to visit the separate college official website to fill up the application  forms .

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR BA HONOURS IN ECONOMICS IN DELHI UNIVERSITY:

students must have passed 10+2 with an aggregate of 45% from a recognized board of Education students must have studied and passed Mathematics as a main or as an optinal subject  in 10+2 .

Candidates who want to change stream while taking admission, there is deduction of few percentage for that .

In merit based admission  subjects' marks  will be  added on the basis of one core language  and three best academic/elective subjects as specified in LIST A and LIST B .

If Students have not the  subject in 10+2 in which they want to pursue their undergraduate degree, then there will be deduction of 1 % .

Inclusion of any other subjects other than list A and B in the combination of best three will lead to deduction of 2.5 % per subjects included in.

List A and List B of the Delhi University is released with the first cut-off  .

Admission in to DTU is based on All India Rank is JEE Main. Last year the cut off was as follows for admission to Civil Engineering in DTU under General category in round 9

Delhi Region: 81917

Outside Delhi Region: 32832

Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances of getting seat in Civil Engineering in DTU. However, cut off is subjected to change every year depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

the certificate issued by state government will work only if the caste is in Central OBC list .

Otherwise a certificate issued by central government is required.

If you have central OBC certificate of UP and you have domicile certificate of delhi . Yes you can take admission in DTU as you have the central certificate of your category. In central certificates you can take admission in any state colleges you want to take admission. Dear Student,

In DTU if your family income is less than 4.5 lakhs then they will give you the concession  in fee amount.

And in NSUT you need to fulfill some criteria to avail the scholarship which are as follows.

• No backlogs with 65% minimum
• If your parents income is less than 1 lakhs then the 100% scholarship to the candidate.
• If your parents income is between 1 lakh to 2.25 lakh then the 50% scholarship of the total fee.
• And if your parents income is between 2.25 lakhs to 5 lakhs then there is 25% scholarship of the total fee.

There are many companies which visit the DTU for offering placements. Mentioned below are some companies:

The students have to clear two rounds for getting internship in visiting company. The 2 rounds are:

• Quant + logical + verbal
• Technical  and coding

After  passing these two sessions the students will have to face a personal interview.

Dear candidate, fees in DTU are same for people from all castes/categories.

Rs 190000 if fees per year for BTech course which gradually increases or decreases by Rs 20000 in further years.

It will cost you around 1,66,000 for the year for the B.tech course at DTU, Delhi. And it will increase every every i.e. 1,90,000 for second year, 2,06,000 for third year and 2,19,000 for the final year. Total it will cost around 7,81,000 for four year and if you choose hostel also then you need to pay Rs.28,400/- for the first year student and then after you need to pay Rs.16,800/- per year.
