3D CAD Application

The 3D CAD Application programme offered by Coursera aims to equip the candidates with skills in 3D modelling, that will be helpful in generating drawings and creating designs for designers, engineers or architects.

With this course, the candidate will learn various applications of CAD and its implementation in engineering works. This course is offered by the National Taiwan University and has allotted skilled instructors for the same. The faculty will make sure that the students get their doubts cleared shortly after they arise and excel in the same course.

The course is available in English; however, Vietnamese subtitles are also available for the candidates. The candidates not only will get a duration of 5 weeks to complete the course but will also be provided with the flexibility of learning whenever and wherever, according to his/her convenience. 3D CAD Fundamental

3D CAD Fundamental course presents the candidates with a perfect platform to learn about 3D computer graphics with the newest technology that can help the candidates to make the best of three-dimensional models that are also comprehensible and instinctive.

It teaches candidates how it is not difficult anymore for them to sketch ideas in their head that are even beyond imagination but can be drawn easily after learning from this program. The course has been designed in a way they can easily and interpret the three-dimensional object process and that too in a very head-on & constructive manner and finally make their own 3D models.

This course has been structured in a very unique way on many different levels to help candidates quickly perceive the underlying logic of utilizing 3D CAD operating system, Sketchup and drawing skill. It will enrich the candidate's fun quotient of the course and side by side help them to perfectly make up their very own 3D model.

VLSI CAD Part II: Layout

VLSI chip is a modern and complex chip that is often called a remarkable beast. It packs a billion transistors, logic gates employed in millions to compute and control, huge memory blocks, a third party worked, pre-designed functions that come in blocks (IP blocks or Intellectual Property blocks) embedded in the chip. How can you actually design this chip? The sequence of CAD tools that use abstract descriptions provided for the chip which are refined meticulously in steps to come up with a final design.

This course is a second part of the VLSI CAD course called the certification course on VLSI CAD Part II: Layout. The course focuses on the important tools that are used for designing and creating an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) or an SoC design process (System of Chip). The main target of this course is to help candidates develop an understanding and better knowledge of the key geometrical and logical representations that make it feasible to map from the logic part to layout and particularly to route, place, to evaluate the perfect timing of the large logic networks.

The VLSI CAD Part II: Layout certificate programme goal is that candidates should be able to utilize and understand the working of tools right at the basic level of its fundamental logic and algorithms and the supporting data structures. The Course is well-curated to include ASIC routing and placement, technology mapping, Analysis of timing involved, etc
