Priority Banking Programme

The Priority Banking Online Programme is an initiative by Axis Bank in partnership with NIIT Institute of Finance, Banking and Insurance (IFBI). This immersive course will give you hands-on experience and knowledge of banking products and procedures. You will perform tasks similar to an Axis Bank Priority Banking Relationship Manager (PBRM) for gaining practical insights into the work.

During the Priority Banking online course by NIIT, you will learn about the business environment via business newspapers, bonds, stocks, and best-performing Mutual Funds. You will observe such instruments to prepare a report as well. The 1-year-long programme includes 6 months of residential training.

You will also receive 4.5 months of on-the-job training and 1.5 months of guided paid internship. Throughout the Priority Banking certification programme, you will work on agile projects. The curriculum is divided into four terms of 12 weeks each. In the end, you will receive a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Relationship Management from NIIT University (NU).
