- Boys Hostel
The institute has hostels for the accommodation of students. The hostels have single and double occupancy rooms, equipped with a study table, room heater, wardrobe, mattress, cot, etc.
- Girls Hostel
Indian Institute of Management Shillong has individual hostels for the accommodation of girls students. Students are provided single and double occupancy rooms for stay. Girls hostels are equipped with a study table, room heater, wardrobe, mattress, cot, etc. for the convenience of students.
- Gym
The college has a modern gym for students. Gym is equipped with the latest equipment and allows students to train as per their convenience.
- Library
The library is a rich resource centre, where the latest editions of reference books, general books, research papers and e-journals are available. It is fully automated and has an E-Portal as well. Other items like magazines and newspapers are also available.
- Sports
The student dormitories at IIM Shillong have a basketball and badminton court. Further, a gymnasium is also provided within the dormitories to the students.
- I.T Infrastructure
Apart from having internet connectivity, the campus LAN has enhanced security features and can support wireless communication. IIMS also has an agreement with Microsoft, which allows every student to get the latest operating systems and antivirus programmes for their laptops.

The canteen of the institute serves delicious food & beverages to students, staff and faculty members.

A modern auditorium is present at the campus. Various academic and non-academic events of the college are held at the auditorium.

However, getting an Interview call also depends upon various other factors such as Class 10, Class 12, Graduation scores, work experience, academic and gender diversity, etc. along with the CAT percentile obtained by candidates. After the WATPI/ GDPI round, a final composite score is calculated by the institute based on performance of candidates in the CAT, Group Discussion/ Written Ability Test, Personal Interview and other components as decided by the institute and final merit list is prepared. As you have obtained 98.2 percentile, you have a good chance to get a call from IIM Shillong and MDI Gurgaon.

Hello Arnab,
180 seats are available for MBA admission at IIM Shillong. CAT scores are used by IIM Shillong to screen MBA candidates. For each of the three categories, the CAT sectional percentile was 75.
Eligibility Criteria for admission in IIM Shillong-
- A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% in any subject for applicants under the general category.
- For eligibility, applicants from the SC, ST, DA, and PwD groups must receive a minimum bachelor's grade point average of 45%.
- While overseas candidates must submit GMAT scores, Indian applicants must provide CAT scores.

Well, it seems that you have a good profile.
Though academics is not the only things considered in an IIM. You need to have Extra-curricular, and co-curricular activities. Also a good diverse profile is a plus point in any good B-school.
