Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women facilities are provided to the students and staff. IGDTUW Delhi facilities include hostels for girls, a library, sports facilities, and many more. 2 hostels are provided to the girls also by the university. A safe, secure and clean environment is provided by both the hostels. Twin or triple sharing rooms are available in the hostels. Other facilities present in the hostels are purified drinking water, housekeeping services, wi-fi facility, playground for games like basketball, badminton and many other facilities.
There is a health centre that caters to all the medical needs of the students, faculty and staff of the university. There is also a dispensary located on campus. One registered medical practitioner along with one registered nurse is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
A branch of Punjab and Sind Bank is present on campus with ATM facility.
IGDTUW Delhi facilities include a library known as the Learning Resource Center (LRC). The library has many books, journals, etc. There is also a dedicated digital section of the library and it includes e-materials like CDs, DVDs and digital thesis of final year students.
Guest room facilities are available on campus for the faculty and relative of students.

It’s definitely not a huge, sprawling university; it’s right in the middle of Delhi, which is both cool and cramped. The campus has that old, historical building vibe, but they stuck modern labs inside. The Wi-Fi is generally decent, which is the most important thing, right? The library is the only place you can find peace. Some of the lecture rooms are a little worn out, and the hostels are super strict (curfews and all that old-school stuff)
I would rate igdtuw a good college regarding the infrastructure. Buildings are quite well maintained. Campus is also big and the ground is very nice. It's connected to BR ambedkar college. It's a good one regarding infrastructure.
Yes! You can be eligible for admission at igdtuw but the key thing is that your board percentage alone doesn’t directly decide admission — your JEE Main rank and participation in JAC Delhi counselling matter most. Igdtuw does not give direct admission just based on 12th marks; it uses JEE-Main
