Hi ! It seems very hard to get a chance in either nit, IIIT or at any good GFTI. It is so because to get an admission at IIIT or at nit, your rank should be within 50,000. Still you can get GFTI on the basis of your rank and one of them Amity. Getting a good GFTI is hard and if you get it then you have to take a bad stream. As per the given rank in JEE Mains and information about your reservation, you can expect a good college. But their is no guarantee that you will get any NIT or IIIT. However trends may change and you could grab a seat in the respective colleges. Apply for the JoSAA and CSAB Counseling. Hope the best!

Hey ravichandran,
IIIT Hyderabad is one of the top engineering colleges of India and it takes admission in its various B.Tech courses by JEE-Mains score and has a very high cutoff.
For getting admission in IIIT Hyderabad, a candidate must have AIR below than 5000 and with your above mentioned rank it's impossible to get admission there.
I'll suggest you to try for NITs as in your rank you'll easily fetch a seat in lower NITs.

No , your category rank is very high . You can't get seat in nit or IIIT . But you may get seat in State government college of your own state . Apply for that .

You may try for some private college or take a one year drop and score well in JEE mains.

See the marks u have scored in the JEE mains is not enough for u to bag a seat in the good colleges like NITs IIITs or GFTIs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under the btech courses. I got 83 percentile in jee mains 2019 and my OBC rank is 62000 . Can I get any iiit's or any gfit's ?

Yes. You can get some new IIIT but except top one. But IIIT are also good and placement may be good as only CSE and ECE are included in their course. Since these institutes are new, so it will takesome time to grow.

Your percentile is 89.71 yes you are having high chances getting to the NIT and also very more chances to get into the iiit it also varies based on category as well the branches you can except Cse, ece these are best branches

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.

College infrastructure is quite good there is lot of greenery in our college. Building are a bit old. Rooms are okayish i would say(enough for a person) college is small, it extends upto 30 acres. Overall it is not much bad

There are special lab like IOT Lab and VLSI lab present in campus. Campus is wifi enabled also libraries of iiit bhubaneswar has more than 12000 book campus area is decent 21 acers which is good enough to travel fast and rome around campus
