With your mentioned rank it is highly unlikely for you to get into NITs or IIITs. You could still apply for the josaa counselling process and try your luck. But I would suggest you to try for state level engineering colleges which accept JEE main scores. You could get good colleges and your desired branch. Yes, you can get admission in  new IIIT like una, bhagalpur, dharwad,etc .youhave to try till the last round of counseling.

sorry to say you are not eligible to admission in nits , iiits, cftis.

the basic eligibility is Diploma students who have completed their degree, or  in the final year of the course, are eligible to apply for JEE Main . but will not be given admission to NITs and CFTIs. If they qualify JEE Main, they will have to appear for JEE Advanced, and they will be given admission like class 12th pass students.
