Out of the total 31 National Institutes of Technology (NITs) in the country, only 9 offer admission in B.Arch course and there are 559 B.Arch Seats in these NITs. There are 5 CFTIs/ STFIs which also offer B. Arch/ B.Planning course and there are 331 seats. These institutes offer admission on the basis of Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB). CSAB conducts a common counselling process for engineering/architecture admission.

Those 9 Nits are 

• NIT BHOPAL
• NIT ROURKELA
• HAMIRPUR
• TRICHY
• PATNA
• Calicut
• Raipur
• Jaipur 
• Nagpur

Hi 

There are total of around 26,000 seats in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. And the reservation for EWS is for 10% so total EWS seats are around 2,600. Hence it is quite difficult for you to get a seat under EWS category and also according to last year trend no seat was offered to General rank-199954.

You can check for your home state quota for NIT as their is a possiblity.

You get around 90 percentile in JEE main It means 90% students are behind you and only 10% students are ahead of you it means your rank would be around 100000 so you can estimate that whether it is a good score or not I don't think that it is a good score because you will not get any NIT.

If you are from the general and OBC category, then you will not get any NIT or IIT.

If you are from SC, ST and PWD then surely you will get an NIT.

If 150000 is your GENERAL CRL rank then yes you are eligible for JEE ADVANCED. If CSAB special round cutoff is conducted then you may get a seat in lower NITs and GFTIs. Be flexible with your choices during the choice filling process to confirm a seat.

As per your rank and your category quota, you are eligible to write the JEE advance paper as the cut off of obc-ncl was 74.31.  But it is very difficult to get into an iiit College with the passing cut off . You may refer the link for the cut offs related doubts.

Sorry to say dear as per your percentile you are not eligible for any IITs or NITs and you know EWS is a new concept we don't know exactly how it effects on choosing the college but as per the percentile you are unfortunate. If you want to get admission in IITs or NITs you have to get more than 94% percentile.
