Reservation for EWS category has been provided for the first time by NTA therefore it would be difficult to tell you about your chances of admission as previous year cutoff are not available for reference. However, as per your percentile, chances would be less of getting admission in NITs, IIITs. You can try for admission through state level counselling.

To get into IIITs, the minimum percentile required is 98.89.(let's round it off to 99 percentile)

Hence, it would difficult for you to land up in the IIITs. 

Rank corresponding to 91 percentile is around 78, 703. For a student belonging to general category, 91 percentile could not place them any of the reputed NITs.
