You have no chance to get any nit, iiit and gfti college so don't waste your jewel time and if you are qualified in jee mains 2019 so prepare for jee advance with great hard work and try to take good rank in it and unfortunately you do not perform well also in advance exam so try to get in state level college and also prepare for bitsat form ,for bitsat form you can apply and get admission if you are selected in test there.

Yes you may get lower branches in mediocre NITs of your homestate. and further, chances of  getting a good branch is quite slim. But you may get BioTechnology in BIT Mesra, ranchi.

And you may get these similar branches in lower NITs or mediocre NITs.
