I am advising this college due to various factors auch as Latest curriculum followed by IIIT Hyedrabad which has latest curriculum in country which will surely give you boost for future career.

For OBC category an this percentile cutoff is as followed - according to CSAB

CSE - 1.2 lac rank

ECE - 1.3 lac rank

Mechatronics - 1.5 lac rank

Note : FOR OBC ONLY !

For general,cutoff is :

Cse - 80k rank

Ece - 90k rank

mechatronics - 1.3lac rank

This year trend will be different as students filling up this IIIT is also increasing so cutoff will be lower than last year.

Coming g to your question at 66000 rank on OBC it is impossible to secure a seat at this rank sorry to say that , but you may get the good state government colleges and in gfti like GGU , Bilaspur etc.

But in state government college you can get a good one.

Cse or ece interest

Actually IIIT hyd is very good but many other IIITs are not that great.

Even iits are excellent in education for cse branch no doubt but IIIT Delhi Bangalore are good 

IIT focusses on all subjects whereas iiit is only for computer science related courses including ECE also

As per general rank and ews rank you can't get admission in any of the IIIT's. Your percentile is low to get admission in such institutions. I suggest you to look for other institutions instead where both academics and placement oppurtunities are good.

You should write JEE main 

You should get good score in it .

IIIT hyd demand score above 260.

IIIT delhi and Bangalore see your JEE rank it should be less than 6 thousand.

These iiits are top and are private.

For government IIIT they are very new you should attend Josaa counselling.

Dear aspirant

The eligibility is the same as JEE MAINS, there is no other eligibility criteria for only IIIT(s); but again it depends on institute to institute.

If you want to know eligibility esp. for particular institute go to their website and check (like for IIIT Hyderabad).Apart from it genereally for Govt. funded IIIT (which follow JEE MAINS eligibility ) are:

• 1.You must have passes 10+2 with science stream.(obviously)
• 2. Score of atleast 75% in 12th or being in top 20 percentile.

But to get into any IIIT you have to score decent marks (or rank) in JEE MAINS.

Well you must be informed Rana Pratap that you will not be getting a seat under the general or the EWS category in any of the NITs, IIITs or even the GFTIs offering admission through the JOSAA counselling based on JEE MAIN score. So keep looking for other options and all the best.
