As I am assuming you are general candidate, I can say your rank is between 40-60k CRL. Not considering any quota, getting CSE in any college through JoSAA. As CSE is the most in-demand branch of engineering in India and IIITs are one of the most sought-after colleges when it comes to information technology in India, the competition is cut-throat high and you have to be below 20k to secure a seat in any good IIIT with CSE. Yet you still might secure ECE or Mechanical in some of the IIITs which do offer these branches. You can also try for the newest IIITs, yet they will ultimately be a huge compromise on college life for the sake of CSE branch. I am sure you mean IISc and IITs instead of IIITs. Now assuming that I would like to tell you that your preparatory rank is not very good and hence your chances of getting a seat in IITs is very very less. Coming to IISc, since you have not actually qualified JEE Advance, the preparatory students are those who have shown the potential but couldn't clear the cutoff in order to feature in the common rank list. 

For IISc your rank should be right at the top, thus you have no chance in IISc or IITs with this rank. I hope I have cleared your doubt. Feel free to comment down your queries.

ABV IIIT is one of the Institutes of National Importance. It offers courses in branches which have a high demand in the Indian IT service industry and thus you should not be worried about placements. The institute is improving at a rapid rate and almost all the students are placed due to being just one branch and comparatively less number of students. 

Though the average package is a very decent one (in and around 7-9lpa) but you can be assured that almost 95% of students will be getting placed. Though, a good package will be difficult to come. I am saying all this on the basis of my colleagues currently studying in IIITGwalior. You can search for Uththan, the journalism club of the college regarding their series on placement (in YouTube). Indian Institute of Information Technology [ IIIT ] , Una, Himachal Pradesh offers admission in Bachelor of Technology in various branches such as Information Technology, Computer Science and Engineering and Electronic and Communication Engineering 

The fee structure for the College is as follow

First year - Rs. 2,01,400

Second year  - Rs. 1,96,550

Third year - Rs. 1,96,550

Fourth year - Rs. 1,96,550

which sums a total of Rs. 7,91,050

Hope you are doing well. As per your query the IIT Naya Raipur is the best amongst your list of IIITs. It holds a rank of 7 among all the IIITs. Then comes IIIT Bhubaneshwar which holds a rank of 12 and at last IIIT Kancheepuram which comes just after the former and holds a rank of 13. The placement of these IIITs are also ranked in the same way. Other facilities rather than this are more or less same. Hope this helps! 

Though, it is very new institute

IIITD&M Kurnool is a very new college. It hasn’t moved to its permanent campus yet and is is currently stationed in the IIITD&M-Kancheepuram campus. This gives IIITD&M Kurnool access to all the facilities present in IIITD&M-Kancheepuram campus.

The coding culture is well established in IIITD&M Kancheepuram and the students from IIITD&M Kurnool can be a part of them as long as they stay in the current campus. The faculty for IIITD&M Kurnool is different from the IIITD&M-K faculty. Some courses for which Kurnool does not have faculty is handles by the faculty from Kancheepuram.

Considering your rank in general category and previous years statistics, its nearly impossible for you to get admission in electrical engineering or CSE in some good IIITs but you can try for new IIITs. As the counseling process can be at times be very unpredictable. 

However, if you have homestate quota in some new NIT, then i guess you stand a chance.
