Sorry.. as per the rules, diploma degree holders are not allowed to write JEE. so not possible to get into IITs/NITs. Diploma holders are eligible to get direct admission in second year of B.Tech through different CET's of state governments.

See , I would prefer IIIT Sri City over IIIT Trichy. There are many reasons. First IIIT Sri City is now having a permanent campus of its own. Second , the coding culture of Sri City is better than that of Trichy. As you know IIIT Hyderabad is the governing body for Sri City. And NIT Trichy for IIIT Trichy. So it's obvious that CSE will be good in IIIT Sri City. 

Also the average package at Sri City is 8+lakh package. Also if you are good in coding then you might also get around 20+ lakh package. 

So I would suggest to go for IIIT Sri City.

The minimum marks to get in to the jee mains NIT government is around  above 120 marks is well and good it is different for different NITs according to their rank or Government engineering College it is also depends on category and competition in that particular year.

Though 1 lakh rank is quite not descent as per jee for general candidate. As per previous year cutoff and trends it will be tough for getting assured seat in most of the colleges of NITs and IIITs . Though it will tough for getting seat in top ones still you have hope and you have to wait till last round for getting top colleges .

I will suggest you to check colleges like NIFTEM and NIST
