As per your CRL rank in JEE Mains 2019 and considering you belong to general category, you cannot get a seat in any of the NITs, IIITs or GFTIs. Your rank is par from the cut-off for various institutions that come under JOSAA. But you do have many other options left. You can apply to private institutions that provides admission through JEE Mainss or those which conduct separate admission tests. You can also apply for your state government engineering colleges. Hello Vatsal,if you have a rank of 63797,then you can try out IIIT Jamsedhpur and IIIT guwhati and various other NITs like NIT Mizoram,NIT Nagaland,NIT Tripura.Basically you can try for the NITs in the north east states because they have generally low cutoffs.

Yes ; there is fee concession for st/sc students in DTU, NSIT, IIITs, IGDTUW, DU and also in other Govt. colleges.
The fee structure is different from college to college.Every College provides different fees structure.
For example :- A University Charges, Full fees is 3,50,000.

Based on your obc rank it is very less possible for you to get a nit with some good branch.You may get some of the cfit or iiits.You can also apply in some of the state colleges that have their own state counselling process and that have jee rank as their criteria like reap.Or else you can take a drop and try to get a good rank in the coming year.

Congratulations on Qualifying JEE-Mains 2019 Successfully. At this rank the chances Of Getting NITs IIITs are Less. You can Try To get A Seat Through spot round Counselling but overall that is Risk at it happen in last. But its on your choice if you want to go through it. You can try For side Branches Like Chemical, Metallurgy etc.

College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.
College infrastructure is quite good there is lot of greenery in our college. Building are a bit old. Rooms are okayish i would say(enough for a person) college is small, it extends upto 30 acres. Overall it is not much bad
There are special lab like IOT Lab and VLSI lab present in campus. Campus is wifi enabled also libraries of iiit bhubaneswar has more than 12000 book campus area is decent 21 acers which is good enough to travel fast and rome around campus
